When she was 6 she was able to win a surfing contest using a run-down board which she discovered inside a garbage can in front the house. At the age of 5, she started surfing. She won her very first surf contest when she was just 6. When she was 7she had received sponsorship. She was born at San Clemente California, she later moved to Hawaii. Abraham was a famous model. Ashley started competing in the NSSA Nationals at sixteen years old. She was awarded the Triple Crown award for the Rookie the Year in 2003. She won other titles, including the National Scholastic Surfing Association title as well as the Professional Surfing Tour of America. Ashley was the 2010 Pipeline Women's Pro at Hawaii.
